Are the bodies of people fasting dehydrated?

If a person doesn’t drink water, for example for 3 to 5 days, then the body could become dehydrated. However, if a healthy person doesn’t drink water for 6, 10, or 12 hours, he doesn’t dehydrate. You can get the necessary fluid for a 24-hour period by drinking one glass of water every hour, or in a period of between 6-10 hours. Most important is, to supply the body with fluid in a 24-hour period. For this, the body of a fasting person doesn’t dehydrate. Muslims could tolerate this very easily between iftar (breaking of the fast) and sahoor (beginning of the fast). Prof. Dr. Zeki Bayraktar
