Are women fitnah?
Fitnah means trial, temptation, fire. The women hater view sees only women as fitnah. However, according to the Quran, not only women, but the following could be a means of testing too:
Men (at-Tagabun [64] 14).
Children (al-Anfal [8] 28; at-Tagabun [64] 14).
Property (al-Anfal [8] 28).

What about Surah Yusuf verse 28 In which tge king calls women as a Deceiver
Not Allah, the administrator told that this was alan, guile of women!
So In Pakistan the Scholars use this verse to say that women are Temptation
