Dajjal did not take part in the Quran!
There’s no knowledge about the Dajjal دجّال in the Quran. The belief about the Dajjal was imported from Judaism and Christianity (Antichrist) to the Islamic Culture via narrations. The Dajjal was seen as an opponent or enemy of the Messiah in Judaism and Christianity. Therefore, the Dajjal is a term which is based on Israiliyat (Judaism) and Masihiyat (Christianity).
The knowledge about the allegation that the Dajjal will come before doomsday is knowledge which belongs to the al-Ghaib الغيب (a realm, about brain and feelings couldn’t get information). Rasulullah didn’t know the al-Ghaib (al-Araf [7] 188; at-Tawba [9] 101). The information about al-Ghaib which was given to Rasulullah was only the revelations in the Quran (Hud [11] 49). Therefore, Rasulullah didn’t know and couldn’t give any information about the Dajjal, which belonged to the al-Ghaib realm.
Some people and terms that qualified as the Dajjal/Antichrist:
Adolf Hitler, Communism, the Devil, European Civilization, Joseph Stalin, Napoleon Bonaparte, Pope (by Martin Luther), Roman Emperor Nero, US president Ronald Wilson Reagan (Three 6 lettered words), Vladimir Lenin, Zionism.
