Nobody can be an Wakil (agent) of Allah!
According to traditional understanding, some administrators or religious people believe they are an allegation as the deputy of God. For example, the Jews believe that the Messiah is the agent of God on Earth.
Wakeel وَكِيل is someone who was given authority or performing duties instead of another individual. The owner and ruler of the Universe is not destitute to someone. Those verses teach us that Allah hasn’t given anyone, including his Messenger, a role of being a deputy of him:
“…take Him for your trustee وَك۪يلًا .” (Muzzammil [73] 9).
“…Rely تَوَكَّلْ on Allah!” (al-Ahzab [33] 48).
“…you are not a manager بِوَك۪يلٍ over them!” (al-Enam [6] 107).
“…Take none for protector وَك۪يلًاۜ other than Me!” (al-Isra [17] 2).
Therefore, nobody is the agent of Allah, and nobody has the right to do something in the name of Allah!
