The Conditions of Islam are not 5, but as many as the Commandments in the Quran!
Due to a narration, it is stated that the five pillars of Islam are profession of Faith (shahada), prayer (salah), fasting (sawm), alms (zakah) and pilgrimage (haj). However, all the orders and prohibitions of our Lord in the Quran are very important conditions for us that cannot be neglected. Some of the orders and prohibitions in the Quran:
Orders
Avoid shirk (associating a co-partner with God) (an-Nisa [4] 48, 116) • justice (an-Nisa [4] 58) • infaq (spend) (al-Baqara [2] 254) • peace (al-Baqara [2] 208) • morality (al-Qalam [68] 4) • reading , study (al-Alaq [96] 1-5) • reliability (al-Araf [7] 68) • humble (Hud [11] 23) • diligence (al-Inshirah [94] 7-8) • loyalty (al-Maarij [70] 23) • honesty in measure and weight (al-Rahman [55] 8) • to dress cleanly and well (al-Araf [7] 31) …
Prohibitions
Killing (al-Isra [17] 33) • cruelty (an-Nisa [4] 10) • lying and cheating (an-Nahl [16] 105) • theft (Maide [5] 38-39) • bribery (al-Baqara [2] 188) • ridicule (al-Hujurat [49] 11) • adultery (al-Isra [17] 32) • riba [interest/usury] (al-Baqara [2] 275) • backbiting (al-Hujurat 49] 12) • anger (ash-Shura [42] 37) • arrogance (al-Luqman [31] 18) • betrayal (al-Maarij [70] 32) • waste (al-Araf [7] 31) • corruption (al-Baqara [2] 11) • alcohol/drugs (al-Maida [5] 90-91) …
Therefore, the conditions of Islam are not 5, but as many as the orders in the Quran.
