Julius Caesar was declared as a god after his death. Augustus, the adopted son of Caesar used the title son of god for himself.
The Emperor of Japan: Son of the goddess Amaterasu.
Jesus: Is the son of god for many Christians (New Testament, 1. John 4:15).
