A reverted/convert person doesn’t have to change his or her name.

The Prophet only changed a few names such as Abd Al-Shams (Servant of the Sun) to Abdullah (Servant of Allah).

Non-Arabic companion names of the Prophet such as Maria al-Qibtiyya, Jaban al-Kurdi, Fayruz al-Daylami were not altered.

The name doesn’t have to be found in the Quran. The name Fatima, daughter of the Prophet, is also not present in the Quran.

The name should not contradict the principles of Islam. That means it should not denote or signify shirk (idolatry, polytheism, associating) or rebellion.
